Oasis is looking for Fundraising and Events Interns to join our busy team based at our Oasis national office, in London SE1.
You will give us some hands-on support in preparing our database for vital campaigns, organise a vibrant community festival and keep our social media buzzing. In return, we will equip you with the essential skills you need to begin a career in fundraising, charitable marketing or public relations.
Core skills you will aquire during the internship include:
- Event organisation
- Learning to utilise the widely-used CiviCRM database
- Managing social media and online communities
- Updating websites through a drupal Content Management System
- Basic media relations
- Copy writing
Ideally, you will be educated to degree level and looking to start a career in the third sector. But most importantly, you will be motivated by our mission to tackle social injustice in communities across the world, have a can-do attitude.
