The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Director of Policy and Research to provide strategic management and development of the policy development, briefing and research functions.

The successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the Labour Party at all levels, including the interface with politicians; proven knowledge of policy and policy development; management experience at a senior level with multi-functional responsibilities; experience of formulating and managing budgets at a senior level; and the ability to work as a member of a strategic management team.
