Management and reporting:
This position reports to the Head of Policy and the Director of Nations and Regions

Key responsibilities and duties:
• Support the policy and communications team in the delivery of its work
• Provide administrative support for Pact working groups including drafting of minutes, coordinating the set up of meetings and providing research support for working papers
• Monitoring of Parliamentary debates and Committee meetings
• Drafting Parliamentary briefings and organise mail-outs
• Update the media and public affairs trello platform
• Assist in organisation of Pact events and Pact’s participation at external bodies’ events
• Provide cover for the communications team by sending Pact member communications, managing event bookings and content on the website
• Diary management and scheduling meetings

Start date: As soon as possible. This is a part-time role on a year’s fixed term contract (with the possibility of extension).
