KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Coordination
You will help to ensure that the Foundation is delivering high impact campaigns and projects. Responsibilities are likely to include:
Supporting the Director in the strategic development of campaigns and campaign delivery in order to make a lasting difference.
Working with a range of external stakeholders and putting in place processes that will help you keep track of the Foundation’s projects and ensure everything is delivered excellently and on time.

Network Coordination
Working to the Director, you will help ensure that the Foundation has a strategic and sustainable approach to building partnerships and coalitions for collective action. Responsibilities are likely to include:
Finding effective ways to map and track the organisations in our network so we can make sure we are working really well with our partners and celebrating what they do.
Organising communications and events that bring together the organisations in our network together.
Working with the rest of the team to develop ideas that will make our network stronger and help us to work together more effectively.

Administration of Operations and Governance Processes
Responsibilities in this area will ensure the effective and efficient management of the day to day administration of a small charity. Responsibilities are likely to include:
Preparing Board papers on budgets, narrative and report to Board on finances
Working with the Director to ensure compliance with the requirements of regulatory bodies
Maintaining financial policies, processes and budgeting systems

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Professional experience in a high paced social change context eg. politics, charity or public sector
Comfortable working collaboratively with a wide range of campaign partners .
Strong intellectual ability, as evidenced by degree or similar qualifications and/or experience
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
An entrepreneurial mind-set, receptive to new ideas and creative
Strongly held personal values reflected in respect for others and wanting to make a positive contribution through your work
Flexible, adaptable and comfortable working in high paced environments
Strong judgement with high levels of discretion
Highly organised with strong planning and problem-solving skills
