Job Details
Can you talk authoritatively and passionately about the power of genuine institutional listening and persuade senior figures in Government, across the public and voluntary sectors of the need for greater investment in the area?
We are looking for an experienced specialist to lead the Insight capability of Fixers and support the organisation’s strategy and growth.
The ideal candidate is likely to have demonstrable experience in policy, public and media engagement and have credible research skills. We are particularly interested in experience in the field of institutional listening.
The Fixers model is based on enabling people with lived experience of an issue to become experts in an environment of trust, listening and connections being made and our philosophy is rooted in putting resources directly in the hands of those whose voices are not normally heard.
This role will focus on creating opportunities for institutions to dig into the rich seam of experience of a growing community of 23,000 young people with experience to share and developing our evidence base.
The candidate will be expected to support our work in persuading institutions to open opportunities to enable genuine dialogue with the people they serve by putting the inter-related concepts of voice, listening, dialogue, and engagement at the centre of what they do.
This job will sit within the Communications Team and involve working closely with the senior executive.
