The Institute of Fundraising (IoF) is the professional membership body for charity fundraising. We represent and promote the fundraising sector with a range of stakeholders including regulators, politicians and the media.

We are looking for a new Policy Manager who is passionate and driven to help charities raise money and influence the policy environment so that charities can make a bigger difference in the world. You will play a key role within the IoF, developing policy positions, working with key stakeholders, undertaking research, and responding to government papers and consultations to champion fundraising and ensure that our voice – and the voices of our members – are heard by decision makers, influencers and the media.

You will work with our members to understand their priorities, needs, and views to bring about change that will result in a better understanding of how fundraising works as a profession and as a vehicle for making the world a better place.
