Unlocked is a young organisation looking for a dynamic and vibrant individual to join our exciting recruitment team. We recruit graduates to a two-year leadership development programme, during which they work to improve rehabilitation and reduce re-offending as prison officers in prisons across the UK and contribute to wider policy and system reform.

You will play an important role in recruiting these individuals on campus, carry out a hugely diverse set of tasks. Your day may range from influencing and persuading students on campus to apply to the programme, to screening applications and taking new participants on prison visits. You will need to have outstanding relationship-building and management skills as you are the face of the organisation and supporting people from their first point of interaction with Unlocked.
