CHAIN (Combined Homelessness and Information Network) is a multi-agency database recording information about rough sleepers and the wider street population in London, which is commissioned by the Greater London Authority (GLA) and managed by St Mungo’s.

CHAIN represents the UK’s most detailed and comprehensive source of information about rough sleeping, and our work provides a significant evidence base for the development of rough sleeping strategy and policy, both in London and at national level.

Working in a small team, you will undertake a wide range of tasks, such as providing a helpdesk service, training users, and liaising with service managers and staff to enable and support their use of and engagement with the system. You will ensure that information recorded on CHAIN is of the highest possible accuracy and quality, and will participate in and contribute to the ongoing development of the system.
