At Scope, our mission is to drive social change so that disabled people have the same opportunities as everyone else. We want to achieve everyday equality and support disabled people to get the best start in life, live the life they choose and be financially secure.

We provide support, information and advice to more than a quarter of a million disabled people and their families every year. We raise awareness of the issues that matter. And with your support, we'll keep driving change across society until this country is great for everyone.
About the role

Over the next four years, Scope’s services will directly reach two million people and drive change for many of the 14million disabled people in the UK so that their ambitions are not limited by attitudes or policy. Scope depends on support from hundreds of thousands of people to achieve its goals.

This includes people donating money, volunteers giving time, people signing up to campaigns and many more. At Scope, we’re not afraid of making monumental changes to achieve our goals. We believe that innovation and diversification will drive sustainable supporter income growth.

This new role sits in the Digital Engagement Strategy team as part of the Marketing, Fundraising and Comms function. This is a crucial role that will lead the development of exciting new areas of work and develop.
