You will be responsible for Housing Management and Tenant Support Services at the scheme. You will deliver comprehensive housing management services to ensure the scheme is safe clean and well maintained to a high standard. You'll be responsible for letting vacant properties to minimize void periods and support the tenants to sustain their tenancies with the organisation and where necessary will enforce the conditions of the tenancy You will also facilitate a programme of appropriate activities for the tenants.

Experience in housing management in the voluntary, public or private sectors, a working knowledge of housing benefit and other welfare benefit and an excellent understanding of the needs of older people living in supported housing environment are essential. CIH qualification desirable.
