Job Title: Individual Giving Manager
Working For: A client of Third Sector Recruitment
Working for one of the leaders in social welfare we are looking for an experienced Individual Giving Manager to take the lead on all donor acquisition activities with an emphasis on regular giving supporters and face to face fundraising.
Working in their London office you will be responsible for identifying, researching and developing a strategy for recruiting long term supporters. You will achieve this by monitoring and evaluating all acquisition activity, including face to face, offline and online donor recruitment and make recommendations to improve the future strategy and achieve your targets. You will help to create new and exciting welcome material for supporters as well as training materials for agency fundraisers. You will be expected to identify and develop new opportunities to recruit supporters such as raffles, weekly lottery using a mixture or traditional direct marketing techniques as well as digital.
You will need to have a strong track record of face-to-face fundraising campaigns as well as other recruitment channels and demonstrable experience of managing fundraising budgets. There will be the need to undertake regular competitor reviews to contribute to development and innovation, as well as attending fundraising networking events.
