The post holder will join the consultancy team, proactively supporting with report writing, high quality analysis, project coordination, and briefing notes, to ensure effective engagement with clients. They will be responsible for collating, interpreting, and reporting on complex information around strategy, business models, financial modelling, and social impact. The position demands a methodical yet flexible approach to work seamlessly across a diverse portfolio of national and international projects and will require you to deliver at a consistently high standard.
Role Description:
• Deliver high quality analysis to support the replication of proven social projects in a range of sectors, such as healthcare and sustainable energy
• Assist in consultancy projects across the private, public, and social sector, including, but not limited to:
o Preparing and participating in workshops with clients
o Developing financial models
o Conducting interviews and focus groups with clients and beneficiaries
o Writing reports for clients and internal use
o Gathering desk-based background and market research
• Build and maintain Spring Impact’s knowledge and resources
• Provide support to the Spring Impact team, including some administrative tasks
• Willing to travel within the UK and internationally, as needed

• Educated to degree level
• Self-starter who is enthusiastic and flexible
• Organised, methodical, and attentive to detail
• Willingness to ‘pitch in’ and work as a team, but with the ability to work effectively independently where required
• Strong communication skills – able to take complex information and communicate it to others succinctly
• Personal commitment to the social sector
• Experience of working in an office environment
• Desirable criteria: previous consultancy experience
• Work location is Kings Cross, London, with the potential for international travel
• You will need existing permission to work in the UK
