Job Details
A full time Policy Intern is required for the public health charity Action on Smoking and Health (ASH) for 3 months, with the potential to extend.

ASH’s work touches on a wide range of disciplines - including (among many others) politics, law, media and film, advertising, tax, economics, statistics, addiction and its treatment, and medical conditions from cot death to cancer. We do not therefore specify any particular academic background or training. Rather, it is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a small, dynamic policy and campaigns team.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A strong academic record and relevant university degree
- An interest in politics and health policy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative and IT skills
We welcome applications from postgraduate students. Non-EU nationals must already have the right to work in UK.
