We are currently recruiting into two vacancies at our CPA Secretariat based in London.

(1) Programmes Assistant and

(2) Head of Public Outreach

To be considered for either of these positions you will need to be motivated, hard-working and organised individuals. You must demonstrate a willingness to take responsibility for providing either supervisory and/or administrative support to the Secretariat in the planning, organising and provision of project support on CPA activities. Candidates must have experience of working in a matrix environment, to multiple deadlines as well as comfortable with a level of ambiguity.

To be considered for Head of Public Outreach you will need to be a politically astute, forward thinking, internationally experienced, committed and energetic people focused individual. You will have a track record of establishing public outreach programs geared for a multi-generation audiences and specific user groups, within a Parliamentary, international development donor or government organisation.

To be a Programmes Assistant you will need to have attention to detail, excellent planning and organising skills, an ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision and work as a team player. As the CPA has moved to budget holding processes, the successful candidate must also have clear experience in preparing and documenting relevant financial reports for programmes/events as well as coding and processing budgets.

Applicants, for Head of Public Outreach, if selected, must be able to attend interviews the week beginning 23rd July in London and preferably available for an immediate start

Interviews for Programmes Assistant will be conducted July/August 2018.
