Goldsmiths students are inspiring, and we want an organisation that helps them whatever they want to do. We campaign, run services, deliver activities and help students through the good times and the tough times.

This role brings together two critical pieces of work for our organisation.

You will run the processes and systems to help us have a healthy and engaging democracy. You'll support the induction plan for part-time officers, ensuring they have opportunity to achieve their manifesto aims. Because of you we'll have an increasing number of students involved in our democracy and our elected officers achieving more wins for students.

Experience of being involved in a students' union is not essential for the role. Ideal candidates will have experience of project management, working with volunteers and changing structural barriers to increase participation/involvement in a project, organisation or cause.
