The Labour Party is looking to recruit an Executive Director – Elections, Organising, Community Organising and Campaigns.

Reporting into the General Secretary, the Executive Director – Elections, Organising, Community Organising and Campaigns will have management and oversight of the following departments: Community Organising, Election Support & Delivery, Member Mobilisation & Communications, Data & Targeting & Stakeholders. Responsibility will include performance/targeting of groups, data collection and database management (voter contact system), Trainee Organisers & Campaign Creator as well as setting and disseminating the strategic direction for Local and National election campaigns. Working with Regional Directors/ General Secretaries to ensure the delivery of these objectives in the field.

Playing a crucial role for the Labour Party the successful candidate will have knowledge and understanding of how strategic management impacts and influences operational management, proven ability to organise and run campaigns that cut across organisational departments and that can be used at a local and national level, and experience of formulating and managing budgets and people management.
