Full time permanent position

This is a great opportunity for a public affairs professional to join the dynamic and innovative ISM. We are well known for our high-profile campaigns and policy initiatives on everything from Brexit to diversity to musicians’ rights to music education and arts policy. We are now looking for a policy and research professional to drive our public affairs work forward.

You will have at least 2 years experience as a public affairs professional and be able to demonstrate success in policy work. You will be outcomes focussed and excited by the prospect of making a real difference to the lives of musicians and to the music sector as a whole.

You will be politically aware and have experience of drafting responses to consultations and being part of a campaigns function. You will be comfortable carrying our research for public affairs and policy purposes and have outstanding written and oral skills.

You will be joining a professional staff team based in Bayswater, London where the emphasis is on good communication, innovation and team work.
