The Group HR Director is seeking applications from exceptionally organised and dedicated individuals for the position of Diary Manager/Personal Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join DfTc Human Resources and a team who are passionate and supportive about continued learning and personal development.

As Diary Manager to the Group HR Director, you will:

  • prioritise key actions, and manage a complex diary through Microsoft 365, which involves setting up regular HR meetings, ensuring that regular one to one’s are scheduled for HR Director’s direct reports. Ensure that diary clashes are resolved
  • have experience of manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment to meet strict deadlines;
  • have demonstrable organisational and administrative skills including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word and Excel
  • have strong communication and stakeholder management, with experience building relationships at PA Level and above across different divisions
  • have experience of handling sensitive documentation and information, ensuring confidentiality is kept and quality assuring documents before distribution
  • have the ability to effectively prepare briefing notes and packs
  • have the ability to call for agenda items, and relevant papers for HR meetings and ensure circulation prior to the meetings
  • manage filing of emails on behalf of Director
  • deputise for Private Secretary and take minutes at HR meetings
  • make travel booking
  • keep records of Travel Expenses and Gifts and Hospitality

The scope of this role is wide reaching and you will have the opportunity to be involved in some exciting and challenging projects alongside some experienced and knowledgeable colleagues and stakeholders.
