You’ll be one of three Performance & Data Quality (P&DQ) Analysts reporting into the P&DQ Manager, supported by an assistant. There are good opportunities to review existing practices and put your stamp on things. As a team, you will be responsible for regular performance reporting (internally and externally), data quality, data analysis and continuous improvement of business processes to make sure colleagues across Network Homes have reliable information to base decisions on.
