Job Title: Programme Manager/Coordinator/Finance Officer/Liaison Officer

The Transformation Trust is an education charity dedicated to opening the doors of opportunity to young people across the country. We do this by working with some of the most challenged schools in the country, offering their pupils opportunities and experiences that help them to develop employability skills and build their confidence.
This is an exciting time for the Trust and due to expansion, we are looking for some energetic and dedicated people to join our team from September 2018 as follows:
Assistant Programme Manager – Full Time
The purpose of this role will be to ensure programmes run by the Trust and corporate partners are delivered in line with the programme specifications and aims, on time and within budget. Under the direction and guidance of the Senior Programme Manager, the Assistant Programme Manager will take responsibility for the management of specified programmes to include managing budgets and maintaining financial systems, school recruitment, commissioning facilitators and ongoing project evaluation and reporting.
Schools Liaison Officer – Full Time
The main purpose of this role will be to contact schools and other organisations as required to promote the Programmes run by the Trust and recruit schools for these programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with school staff and for completing accurate management information as required.
Programme Coordinator – Part Time (0.6 FTE)
Working alongside the Programme Managers, the Programme Coordinator will provide a comprehensive system of communication, administration and support. There will be the exciting opportunity to help with the administrative side of the workshops and to see first-hand the positive impact that our work has on the young people we work with.
Finance Officer – Part Time (0.4 FTE)
This is a new role and the successful candidate will work closely with the Business Manager. They will process invoices and maintain financial systems, working within established procedures. Part of the role will involve providing accurate financial reporting and providing additional administrative support to the Business Manager and the Chief Executive Officer.
