We are seeking an exceptional PR and Events Manager to oversee the PR and Events strategy for the College’s White City Campus. The major new campus in west London brings together world-class researchers, businesses, local community and partners, to share ideas and turn cutting-edge research into benefits for society.

As the campus develops, you will play a key role in the strategic planning and coordination of corporate level events and visits that support the promotion of the campus, it’s vision and key developments, and maintains the reputation of the College. Working closely with colleagues across the College, you will build successful and effective partnerships to manage and coordinate high profile events with a range of stakeholders including government, corporate and business leaders, partner organisations, prospects and donors, staff and students, and local communities. You will also support the Public Affairs team to plan and deliver initiatives and projects related to the promotion of the White City Campus.

You will have experience of working in an events or PR environment, organising high-level and complex events for VIPs and a wide range of stakeholders, gained in similar roles such as Events Manager, Public Relations Manager, Events Coordinator, Marketing and Communications Manager, or other similar roles. You will be adept at building and sustaining successful working relationships with stakeholders of all levels, including senior leadership. You will be highly organised, able to manage projects from planning through to delivery, with the ability to pre-empt and solve problems and work well under pressure.
