The Antisemitism Policy Trust is a registered charity focussed on educating and empowering decision makers in the UK and across the world to effectively combat antisemitism.

The successful candidate will have administrative experience gained in a relevant working environment, in either a paid or voluntary capacity. With excellent organisational skills, the person will be confident to deal with a range of essential administrative duties. We are seeking someone with strong communication skills, and an ability to take the initiative. Experience of having worked in, or understanding of how a small organisation operates would be an advantage but is not essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose of Role
To provide administrative support for the delivery of the Trust’s activities
To manage office systems to ensure the efficient running of the organisation

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Events and Communications
Provide logistical support for activities including parliamentary events and overseas visits. For example, catering, venue arrangements, and co-ordinating with speakers, delegates etc
Support production of reports, marketing materials and other publications including support with background research and liaising with designers and printers

Administrative support
Be the first point of contact for queries on the telephone, by e-mail and in person
Undertake general office administration e.g. post, filing, stationery supplies, photocopying etc, and implement new office systems where appropriate
Undertake financial administration under the guidance of the Director (eg cashbook, expense reports, invoices, payments, banking cheques, petty cash etc)
Provide day to day assistance to the Director including with diary management, travel arrangements and meetings
Support the Director with the preparation of reports, presentations and hand-outs for meetings
Assist the Director to service Trustee meetings including preparation, and distribution of papers

Other
Carry out any other duties commensurate with the general level of responsibility of the post.
