This is an outstanding opportunity to kick-start your career in policy development or volunteer management within a highly influential organisation at the heart of the charity sector.
With a high level of responsibility from day one, and supported by a package of training and development, you will contribute to our crucial work on volunteering development policy and practice. You will monitor developments of interest, carry out research and policy analysis, collaborate with our partners and support volunteering in all its diversity.

Your potential is as important to us as your experience. You’ll already be interested in volunteering with some knowledge of public policy and the voluntary sector. You’ll work well both as part of a team and independently and effectively manage your own workload.

With excellent analytical skills, you will be competent and experienced in handling statistics and researching information. You will also be able to effectively communicate what you find in clear, accessible ways. A natural communicator, you will deliver high quality customer service and engage confidently with a range of different stakeholders and audiences.
