The Labour Party is looking to recruit to the role of General Secretary of Welsh Labour

The Welsh Labour General Secretary is responsible for the effective and efficient organisation of Welsh Labour. The General Secretary will build the organisational capacity necessary to maximise Labour representation at all levels of government.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Welsh political landscape and of the Party in Wales, with substantive experience of providing leadership, and motivating staff and volunteers to achieve tangible business outcomes and targets.
