The successful applicant will be a key member of our operation, working to ensure we continue to build on the strong foundations of the Sutton Coldfield Conservative Association. We are a traditional Conservative Association with significant support and an ability to absorb and try out new ideas. We are very focused on campaigning throughout the year and not just at election time. Our ideal candidate will be able to manage many competing priorities within a fast-paced political environment. They will have experience of campaigning and will build on hugely successful recent election results by working with Councillors and volunteers. They will also focus on building the Association's fund raising activity and membership base. The successful candidate will have a full grasp of the requirements of the role, be a first-class organiser with the ability to deal sensitively and confidently with both members of the Party and the public.

Skills required:
