We are in the process of growing our policy and public affairs team and are looking for ambitious, enthusiastic and talented people to join us.

Principal Policy Adviser on diversity and inclusion
You will lead our policy work on diversity and inclusion. This includes policy on pay reporting and on the representation of women, ethnic minorities and other under-represented groups in leadership roles. You will maintain key external relationships, including with Ministers, leading employers and opinion formers, and become an expert and thought leader in your area. (The closing date for this role is 5 August.)

Principal Policy Adviser on business and society
You will lead our policy work on the role of business in society. This includes policy on business culture and practice, trust in business, executive pay, corporate governance and employment regulations. You will build and maintain key external relationships, including with industry and business lobby groups, and become an expert and thought leader in your area. (The closing date for this role is 5 August.)

Public Affairs Manager
You will maintain an active programme of stakeholder engagement, including with Ministers, MPs, civil servants and opinion formers. This includes support to our APPG. You will ensure CMI are kept informed on relevant political developments and identify opportunities and threats to the CMI corporate agenda arising from changes in the political context. (The closing date for this role is 5 August.)

Policy and Public Affairs Officer
Reporting to our Public Affairs Manager, you will support delivery of our public affairs plan and help build the CMI’s reputation with policy makers, opinion formers and key influencers. You will help to support our APPG and to manage key external stakeholders. You will also provide high quality policy and project support across the policy team. (The closing date for this role is 29 July.)
