This is an entry-level post in public affairs and will be responsible for events management and administrative support for the Public Affairs Team, as well as the Chief Executive and President of the Board of Deputies of British Jews.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Organising meetings/events, including venue, catering, invitations/RSVPs and guest care;
• Supporting management of ongoing programmes;
• Personal Assistant support for the President, Chief Executive and Director of Public Affairs, including managing diaries, travel arrangements and expenses;
• Providing clerical support to meetings, including note-taking;
• Providing a flexible administrative resource to support other administrators; and
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Director of Public Affairs or Chief Executive.
