Role: Head of Disputes
Salary: £50,515.73 (gross) per annum, plus an annual fixed sum allowance of £1,060
The Labour Party is looking to recruit an Head of Disputes, who will be responsible for overseeing procedures related to internal disputes and disciplinary affairs, including undertaking investigations as necessary.
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the rules and constitution of The Labour Party, including membership and disciplinary procedures. The role holder should have experience of conducting investigations or fact-finding, and advising and working in a political environment. The individual will also have the ability to lead and manage a busy team.

Role: Director of Governance and Legal Unit
Salary: £65,880.06 (gross) per annum, plus an annual fixed sum allowance of £2,453
The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Director of Governance and Legal Unit, to direct and manage the Governance and Legal Unit, dealing with internal and external governance procedures. The post holder will form part of the Labour Party’s in-house legal capability, providing strategic and detailed advice to the Party on constitutional and regulatory matters, auditing practices and risk assessment and exposure.
The successful candidate will be a qualified legal professional with at least three years’ post-qualification experience, will have a sound knowledge and understanding of the Labour Party at all levels, and the ability to lead a busy multi-disciplinary team.
