Job Details
Impact Manager
The CSJ is looking for a Manager to help build and launch the CSJ’s Accelerator. The purpose of the Accelerator is to build stronger frontline organisations by providing them with financial and non-financial support in order to increase their impact and scale, and so turn around the lives of those involved in criminal activity. A critical element of this, and for which the Impact Manager will be responsible, is analysing the impact of these organisations. The Impact Manager will also play a key role in selecting the organisations to work with, identifying their areas of need and supporting them on their growth journey. Furthermore, this is a new initiative and so the successful candidate will be very involved in designing and shaping the programme as it develops.
Alliance Manager
The CSJ is looking for a Manager to oversee our Alliance of over 350 frontline poverty-fighting charities. These charities are at the heart of the CSJ’s work and are crucial to us understanding what is driving poverty across Britain and what will work to help people out of poverty. The Alliance Manager will hold responsibility for building and maintaining this alliance and ensuring that the CSJ’s work to develop and campaign on policy and legal changes to bring about social justice, is strongly influenced by the work of these frontline charities.
Closing Date: 9 September 2018
Interview/Start Dates
Interviews will take place in the week commencing 10th September and both roles are available for an immediate start.
