About us
At Scope, our mission is to drive social change so that disabled people have the same opportunities as everyone else. We want to achieve everyday equality and support disabled people to get the best start in life, live the life they choose and be financially secure.

We do this by running a range of services, raising awareness of the issues that disabled people face and influencing change across society. We provide support, advice and information for more than a quarter of a million disabled people and family members every year.

About the role
You will be working seamlessly across departments or team boundaries in a collaborative and constructive manner to implement Scope’s strategic direction.

Departmental contacts will be:

Customer Strategy and Experience, Digital, Research, Marketing colleagues and Volunteers.
You will be managing a small content team consisting of a Content Specialist and Content Officer, plus also working with volunteers appropriately within the department.
Essential experience for the role is:

• using website Content Management Systems (CMSs),
• having good, up to date knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• having experience of editing digital content, usability analysis and user testing
• having experience of designing or working with digital customer journey maps, story maps or having demonstrable experience of using customer insight, qualitative and quantitative research to optimise user experience.
