Working for a consumer focused charity based in the heart of London you will be joining an organisation recognised by government, the media and industry as the leading campaigning charity in its space. They campaign on behalf of consumers and run large, impactful, creative campaigns to raise awareness of consumer issues.

Role

As the Social & Digital Communications Executive, you will be responsible for all of the organisation’s digital and social media channels, including the website, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. You will manage the content calendar to plan and post content, as well as creating, developing and running larger social media campaigns e.g. a Freshers’ Week campaign, that will strategically target typically hard to reach audiences to raise awareness of the charity and the issues it deals with. It will be your job to run analytics on these channels and measure the success of posts and campaigns to produce reports for the Board and senior communications team.

Candidate

• Experience of managing social media channels and digital communications for a consumer facing organisation
• An idea generator
• Proven success delivering campaigns across a range of digital channels
• Confident using CMS
