We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Campaigner (Digital Mobilisation) to play a central role in the delivery of Save the Children’s campaigns in our Policy, Advocacy and Campaigns Division.

As Campaigner (Digital Mobilisation) you will oversee and deliver our supporter journeys, create innovative digital campaign activities, and champion the role of supporters in our campaigns. You will hold day-to-day responsibility for managing our programme of emails, spanning multiple campaigns. In addition you will:
• Collaborate with colleagues across the division to develop and deliver effective campaigning tactics and strategies across multiple campaigns.
• Keep abreast of external trends and best practice, and drive improvement in our use of digital tools like Engaging Networks forward.
• Write campaign communications to a high standard that are accurate and in line with Save the Children policy and brand, and which effectively engage a variety of target audiences.
• Represent the division of internal working groups to improve the supporter experience.

To be successful you will have experience of managing digital supporter journeys and have been involved in developing effective campaigning tactics, innovative digital campaigning and/or grassroots activities. In addition, you will have:
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, able to collaborate and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders
• Excellent communications and writing skills, and an ability to tailor written and verbal communications to a wide range of different audiences.
• An understanding of how to effectively integrate on- and off-line activism
• The ability to develop and manage projects, and meet deadlines, whilst working under pressure
• Demonstrable good understanding of the external environment, and ability to assess trends and developments likely to affect campaigning and mobilisation
• The ability to operate within a predominantly self-servicing administrative environment.
