Job summary
Working closely with the Executive Director, this is a new and exciting 12 months fixed term post, which will help to support and lead the transformation and redesign of key services. In particular, the post will focus on our objective to deliver 80% of our customer transactions online. The post will involve a range of innovation and redesign activities including process reengineering, data analysis, human centred design and rewriting communications using nudge theory.

Role purpose
This role will help deliver our digital and workplace transformation programme and create a new, customer orientated approach, to the delivery of key internal and external services. You will help on a range of tasks including drafting responses to government consultation, helping to lobby and influence key trade bodies and develop responses to major sector challenges.
