Job Title: Client Services Manager

The Client Services Manager role presents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional with a background in business development, account management, marketing or sales in a market research, consultancy or similar field.
The Client Services Manager will support, and have input to, the business development strategy set by the directors to achieve company targets. The Client Services Manager will need to have a pro-active approach, personally generating and converting new business opportunities, working closely with the research teams.
The position will suit a business development professional with a good balance of sales, marketing and communications skills looking to join a stimulating and intellectual ‘can do’ environment with an energetic, dedicated and highly collaborative team. Experience within a similar role in research will be viewed highly, and experience and/or interest in the worlds of public affairs and communications would be a definite advantage.
It is important to note that this is not a pure sales role, but a position well suited to an individual that understands the importance of blending marketing, account management, communications and sales in successful business development and has experience in at least two of these disciplines.
