I am recruiting a Marketing Manager to work for a political youth organisation based in South London. This is a great role for a skilled communicator who thrives on new ideas, empowerment, and the challenge of engaging and motivating young people.

You will be line managing the communications team including performance, appraisals, and development. You’ll be leading on the content and brand identity upkeeping the social media and income stream channels and monitoring effectiveness, delivering regular update reports.

You should be skilled at team work and building a sense of community along with understanding user led campaigns creating change and strength. Experience of working within a youth or education setting would be desirable along with experience marketing to this audience. We’re looking for someone with solid experience in marketing and online communications along with the energy and enthusiasm to empower and work with young people to a strategy led by them but shaped and implemented by yourself and your team.
