The Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) is the UK's leading planning body for spatial, sustainable and inclusive planning and is the largest in Europe with over 25,000 members. The RTPI is a membership organisation and a Chartered Institute responsible for maintaining professional standards, accrediting world class planning courses nationally and internationally and advancing the art and science of planning for the benefit of the public.

We are looking for someone to manage two of our member networks and to undertake research projects within our busy Policy and Networks team which links our Members to the world of Government, Parliament and public policy.
You will be an enthusiastic and influential person with a wide ranging interest in the fields of politics, the economy, transport or the environment. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and IT skills and will be comfortable organising your own work programme to ensure deadlines are met. You will have particular abilities in event management and excellent customer care.
