We are seeking a Policy and Campaigns Officer to join our cross-organisational team working to challenge poverty in London and across the UK. You will take the lead in developing our policy and campaigning work on disability benefits, universal credit and tenant voice.

You will be expected to work closely with the casework staff, who offer individual clients specialist advice on welfare benefits and/or additional support with homelessness and wider social and economic challenges. Your role will be to identify policy trends from our casework and draw upon Z2K’s own evidence to influence change.

You must have an interest in client voice and be willing to engage directly with clients on policy issues.
