Job Details
This role will help to manage our portfolio of products and services include:
Digital Benchmark
- Managing in Data Studio and ensuring the highest standard of data accuracy.
- Maintaining relationships with participating charities.
- Marketing, signing up and adding new charities.
- Running the annual survey and organising the annual meeting.
- Maintaining privacy and compliance with our terms and conditions.
- Managing relationships with partners and suppliers.
- Managing the annual billing process.
AskCharity
- Monitoring and responding to journalist and charity sign-ups and user queries.
- Identifying promotional opportunities.
- Developing and reporting on metrics to track the use and growth of the service.
- Reviewing the service and recommending improvements or amendments.
Digital publications
- Coordinating the development of our upcoming innovation guide and future reports such as our Communications Benchmark – tracking the health of the communications sector.
Skills and experience (essential)
- Excellent digital skills and ability to rapidly adapt to new systems.
- Familiarity with Google products: Google Analytics, Data Studio, Google Forms, Google Sheets or Excel.
- Experience of using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Research and data analysis skills.
- Developing and managing projects to time and budget.
- Developing and administering continuous improvement of products and services.
- Reporting performance and impact of products and services.
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with a range of external and internal stakeholders.
- High degree of digital literacy.
- Ability to work successfully alone and as part of a team.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
- To be highly organised and pay close attention to detail.
Skills and experience (desirable)
- Experience with data visualisation and ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets.
- Understanding of the digital landscape and creating user journeys/customer experience.
- Demonstrable project management skills.
- Working across a broad portfolio of products and services.
- Understanding of agile/minimum viable product development and testing.
- To have experience of the charity sector.
