Frontline is continuing to grow and expand its impact. As we embark on this new stage in the organisation’s development we are looking to recruit a Programme Coordinator for our team responsible for Programme Management. The role will be responsible for delivering logistics and team support to ensure the Frontline programme (participants) have a positive and seamless experience when interacting with the administrative elements of the programme.

We require a dynamic and motivated Programme Coordinator to support the operational running of the Frontline programme in a crucial phase of growth. The Programme Coordinator will work with the Programme Officer on projects including the allocation of participants to local authorities, the training programme for Consultant Social Workers, and Frontline’s annual Summer Institute. The individual will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key data related to the programme, providing administrative support to the team, and act as a central point of contact for stakeholders. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys multi-tasking, problem solving, building relationships, working with complex data and facilitating projects. Please note travel and overnight stays will be required from time to time, especially during the Summer Institute.
