Role:

In this role you will:

Create engaging content for the organisation’s international digital communications channels

Develop, deliver and evaluate the organisation’s global flagship advocacy and awareness-raising campaign (manage the campaign’s website, social media accounts, work with creative agencies to develop materials and toolkits)

Chair the campaign working group, run and facilitate annual workshops to develop themes for future campaigns, work with colleagues across the organisation and member organisations to maximise participation and engagement with the campaign

Support senior colleagues with the production and distribution of other information and communications materials and provide advice on campaign communications and training

Attend and provide support at board meetings and conferences using the opportunity to develop relationships with staff from member organisations.

Candidate:

Experience of working in a communications or campaigns role, preferably in a non-profit environment

Experience of managing organisational digital channels, including monitoring and evaluation (user of WordPress, Google Analytics, email and marketing software)

Experience of producing creative communications materials and tools for print and digital output and skilled in producing clear and engaging content for a range of audiences

Proven success in building effective partnerships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

Good presentation and public speaking skills with an international world view and understanding of diverse cultures.
