Be a key part of developing Crisis’ policy influence in Wales and advance our mission of ending homelessness.

Based in Swansea, with regular travel to Cardiff. This new role has been created at an important time for Crisis, over the past year we have increased our policy and campaigns work directed at politicians across Wales.

Using your knowledge of policy you will work closely with the Policy Team, those with experience of homelessness and colleagues throughout Crisis to evaluate complex evidence in relation to housing and homelessness. You will communicate with a variety of audiences to build and establish networks of influence and develop policy in Wales that will help end homelessness.

As this is a new role, you will have the opportunity to be creative and use your initiative, balancing multiple priorities and establishing new relationships to ensure a safe and stable home for everyone.

The Policy & Campaigns team leads the organisation’s policy influencing and works closely with policymakers, campaign groups, and other people with an interest in ending homelessness.
