Regional Press Officer

The position:

Our inspiring non-profit client is searching for an ambitious Regional Press Officer to help publicise a stream of reassuring stories about their cause.

Alongside the communications team, you’ll write statements, handle media enquiries, help deliver regional campaigns and generate an overall solid network of journalists, spokespeople and service users.

Requirements

• Proven experience within a Press/PR role with knowledge of content management and customer relations.

• Excellent leadership skills and ability to work under deadlines.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc.

• Experience within the health sector is desirable but not essential.
