We’re building a movement to challenge the status quo of British politics. This means scrapping political-point-scoring in favour of evidence-based policy making.

What does it take to make the UK the best it can be? Key to this is research. We want to explore solutions to some of the UK’s biggest challenges and understand the issues - and numbers - around them. If you’re smart, a self-starter and have a solid grasp of economics, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day policy research support
• Source, develop, and maintain of a library of policy and research material including facts and figures, documents, briefings, policy positions, correspondence and any other relevant material to aid the day-to-day knowledge and specific projects
• Develop and curate briefings, policy responses, and other material
• Turn complex ideas into digestible and interesting communications pieces
• Provide general support across the organisation

Person Specification

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they are:

• Committed to building a new political movement in British politics
• Able to research in-depth and in-detail, including number crunching
• Comfortable in a digital world
• Enthusiastic, hard-working and a self-starter
• Can write stylishly, clearly and in an engaging manner
• Interest and background in economics and business strongly preferred.
