Job Details

Do you want to lead the communications of a high-impact charity?

Are you passionate about human rights and equality and motivated to use your skills to create change? Are you looking to take a strategic lead but remain in the thick of a dynamic communications team? This is an exciting opportunity to take on a new senior role at NAT, the UK's HIV policy and campaigning charity.

NAT champions the rights of people living with HIV and campaigns for change. You will lead on developing and driving an ambitious cross-organisational communications strategy, supporting the organisation to increase engagement, profile and impact.

As an experienced senior communications professional, you will have a track record in developing and realising strategic aims across a range of communications channels. You will have excellent written and verbal communications skills and experience of building productive relationships with key media stakeholders and influencers.

You will also have strong interpersonal skills and as a manager you will be committed to motivating and empowering your team to achieve their objectives. You will have the ability to juggle a varied workload and to work hands-on as a team player. You have a passion for creating change, and you will engage with a wide range of issues related to HIV in the UK context and help others to do the same.

NAT is committed to equality and diversity and encourages applications from people living with HIV, gay and bisexual men and people from black and minority ethnic communities.
We welcome applications from disabled people and are committed to making reasonable adjustments wherever possible.
