In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in the best available data on the UK, high-growth economy; and deliver analysis for high profile Government and private sector clients.

About you

You’ll be brilliant if you:

  • Have good skills in data analysis (spreadsheet-based)
  • Are a clear, concise and engaging writer
  • Are keen to learn all about the UK high-growth economy

About us

The Beauhurst platform lets users search our huge database of high-growth companies and the world around them. It’s an invaluable window into start-ups, scale-ups, funds, accelerators and beyond.

Clients depend on this for a variety of use cases, but sometimes they want even more from our data. That’s where Research & Consultancy comes in.

Our work

In our team, we investigate the most fascinating trends and deliver tailored research and analysis.

We work with Government clients like Innovate UK and the Department for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy, to answer questions like: what’s the impact of innovation funding? What bottlenecks to companies face when looking for finance?

We also work with private sector clients like EY and Penningtons Manches - for instance, looking at different types of investment.

Your role

To start, you’ll:

  • Analyse data
  • Undertake research (desk-based, interview etc)
  • Write reports based on analysis
  • Create proposals following client meetings and government tenders

As part of a growing team in a startup environment, the role could grow in a number of exciting directions.

A large part of your work will be project-based - check out the full job post on our website for an example of a project you might work on!

Our offer

As well as the salary, we’re delighted to offer:

  • Substantial options scheme
  • Fantastic culture and company social life
  • Beautiful Brixton office with rooftop terrace
  • Personal development budget for training/reading material
  • Flexible hours
  • Matched pension scheme
  • Season ticket travel loan

If that all sounds up your street, we'd love to hear from you.
