Job Title: International Policy Manager
Working For: Royal College of Nursing
As the International Policy Manager, you’ll take your positive attitude, and passion for influencing UK, European and international nursing and health policy, to work with members and stakeholders to deliver effective strategies for influencing.
It's a job full of possibilities as you will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of programmes of work to achieve positive change for the nursing community in the UK and internationally. You’ll also be identifying opportunities for partnerships and collaboration with professionals, organisations; and European and international agencies; to develop learning and evidence with partners and stakeholders.
We'll look to you to ensure staff have clear work-plans, aligned to key strategic priorities and the Department operational plan to achieve outcome-based objectives and deliver high quality outputs within deadlines. You’ll be responsible for developing and drafting clear, consistent high-quality evidence-based policy positions with robust and credible solutions for positive change. It's a great way to build your knowledge of our work and develop your potential.
