The Cares Family (North London Cares, South London Cares, Manchester Cares and Liverpool Cares) are seeking a diligent finance and operations professional to join our growing organisation and to lead on financial and operational management.

This is a vital role at the heart of The Cares Family. You will lead on the day-to-day finance functions for each of our four branches (and growing) – from bookkeeping and payroll, to quarterly reporting, to invoicing and tracking income and expenditure.

You will use our reporting tools, Xero and Salesforce, to ensure the financial management frameworks established by our board and CEO are executed accurately and appropriately across all the local branches of The Cares Family.

And this is not simply a finance position. You will also ensure the smooth execution of the various operational tasks key to the success of a growing organisation – including systems (in particular our Salesforce CRM), environment, contracting and secretariat. So you will be a vital part of the team driving organisational improvement and growth management.

That means we need an organised, focused, disciplined numbers-person capable of executing vital functions reliably and managing a number of moving parts. You may therefore be an experienced finance or operations professional or a graduate with a strong track record and a hunger to learn.
