Social impact accelerator that funds innovation in projects designed to enable young people in the UK to achieve.

The main purpose of the role is to steward the existing network of some existing 200-300 contributors as well as identify and develop new prospects. The network comprises a range of different partner and stakeholder organisations as well as individual social entrepreneurs operating in the social innovation, impact and accelerator space.

The organisation does well with the voluntary income generation activity that it currently engages in, which is largely centred around one high profile thought-leadership event during the year. By its own admission the organisation is not great at asking for money, which is why the new role of Development Director has been established. They want to become brilliant at it, which is where you come in.
