Who we are
The IWF is the UK hotline for the reporting and removal of online child sexual abuse images and videos. Established 22 years ago, the IWF is a not for profit, self-regulatory body funded by the global internet industry and the European Commission. Online child sexual abuse imagery is a global problem which demands a global solution. The internet doesn’t respect geographical borders so we work closely with partners worldwide including industry, law enforcement, governments and other hotlines.
