RCN Nottingham Office, 6 month Fixed Term Contract or Secondment

There are two contracts available:
* 1 x 30 hours
* 1 x 21 hours

Every day will be filled with possibilities as you find new ways to manage and support the development of our accredited representatives and RCN members. You'll also manage your own portfolio of casework which will include assisting and representing members with disciplinary and grievance procedures.

Taking care of our existing members will be your primary role, but you'll also see the possibilities that new members can bring. A key part of what you do will be to suggest innovative approaches to grow our membership.
